I am going on holiday but intend to run every other day while away, should boost my pathetic attempt but its in Italy so i'll probably melt. Anyone doing the World Race bollocks? I am and not done enough training at all.

Damn it! I ran a .99 miles at 7:02 ... and even says it on my "My Run" thing, but it registered the full mile at 7:58 because I basically stopped and just walked for a bit more.
Shenanigans, haha!
Also, at the half mile marker I checked to see how I was doing to realize I forgot to turn it on, haha. So I had to run some more.
I'm sorry I didn't pick this up sooner, I think I'll finally be an active member for 06. Also, haven't picked up a smoke since Monday!
Thankfully it is now Friday and I'm partying all weekend, haha.

well as soon as I get a computer to upload my runs the odd team is fucked ( I think. I am on my iPhone so icant actually see the progress. Between teams going on:( ).
But damn! Running in SF is crrrazzy hard with all those hills!! My avg per mile ended at like 10:30!! Total shit but my fucking fingers were almost touching the ground with that 45+ slope!!
So when does this comp end anyways? I still won't have my laptop back until at least tuesday of next week.

Went to the doc last week and thought I would be okay by this week. I have to take it easy for this last week of the challenge and an another one.
Will probably just run 2 more times, as is ok with me doing moderate exercise.Go Odds! kick butt!

Wonder if excessive running could have influenced this... I mean, a 1hr session by me burns like 800 calories and tons of sodium is lost as well as your fuel goes down... so, I suppose you need an extra amount of calories, nutrients and sodium to replenish what was lost. Thought I was doing fine in the health department, but I guess you can never be as healthy as you think you are.
It's no big deal, but I guess I'll be more careful during the next challenge.

I will try to do a short run tomorrow if I have time. I already took quite a vacation and don't want to get lazy again.

I'll try to make it up this week, I usually run 3 times a week only, but I will make this an exception.
