Anyone got any good examples of conversations (spoken) represented visually, maybe a nice typographic approach or more of a structed info graphic piece.

Not exactly what you are after, but this novel approach to linear storytelling has a 'conversational' element to it, especially the week 1 story.

in one of my internship reports I did a visualisation of all internal emails that I recieved or send.. not really that visually appealing, but it might help you on your way

y-axis is timeline (complete time of internship)
5 points are the co-workers and me (in order of physical distance to me during my internship)
each arc represents an email(copy) being send.
the circle shows the sender. It's size is determined by the number of characters in the email
the thickness of the line of the circle is determined by the number of links in the email- interesting... how was working at Lust?neue75_bold
