I'm looking for inspiration to starting working with more serif fonts for identity. A hard sell to most client but I think there is a wealth of form that we are missing out on by sticking with "modern" sans serif typefaces all the time.
Any examples out there to share?

- Yes, colors were my choice. Why? We presented several options, they chose our fave.gramme
- hmmm... maybe its just me then.
liked it better in black7point34 - It can also be a one-color navy, and two color w/ green mark & k/o type on navy, as well as all-navy logo against greengramme
- There's an alternate treatment of a navy or green rectangle that contains the logo.gramme
- It's pretty flexible, though the lock-up never changes.gramme

Look up Doyald Young's Work. You won't find much online, but he does have some gorgeous books out on logo design, all of them are chock full of serif-based wordmarks.
