How do you guys collab at work with big projects ,
it get to me cause here it's like oh that is a big project , let me know if you need help!
No shit i need help its a big Project and we are all part of the same team , why cant you do some , pass it you do some, pass it , or is it like that everywhere every man for himself in a group environment , it makes little sense

usually it starts with zero project management. then, only after someone gets yelled at for fucking up does the team get corralled together.
