Bothersome things:
1. Some alt-right asshat was talking in that Vice doc about the left being in bed with communists and global corporations. Which is interesting just because anyone on the hard left hates most democratic / neoliberal globalization economic policy. When people say the alt-left is the opposite of the alt-right, they're probably correct in that hardcore leftists usually have read some political theory and understand the differences in social and economic approaches to government.
2. All the jokes about Bannon are fucking stupid because for every person who leaves the Trump administration, it's one more bloodsucker who is gifted with a six-figure salary and a board of directors appointment at some lobbying firm. The political class in America is the same as the corporate class: existing in an isolated system with no consequence from the world for their rather egregious actions toward it.
