Hey,
I've been getting a few emails recently from government officials working for various banks in Africa, offering me a cut of £70M if I help them move it out of the country. Now obviously it's complete bull, but the idea that somebody is out there putting in the time to try this suggests that some (greedy) people actually fall for it!
So I replied from another email account saying I was very interested, he replied sharpish. I just want to string him along and see how far I can take it. Anybody had any experience of doing this before? Any advice? I know there's a site that specializes in this, 419eater or something.

get him to take photos of him with certain things to verify who he is and the date etc - like photo of todays newspaper etc.
you have to dedicate a thread to it

haha awesome. Great idea....I've gotten many of these emails, and also had people try to scam me on PayPal and Craigslist, punks.
You should keep making up phony credit card numbers to give them (if that's what they are asking for) just string a bunch of numbers together and makeup some name. Do this over and over again.....really piss them off.

I just replied to his second email, asking for us to get to know each other a little bit first before we split the 70 Million. Said I was a 32 yr old male who had just lost his wife to a falling piano and with the 35M would buy a new wife and a player for Arsenal Football Club.
Let's see if he bites.

...there is a site called scam baiters or something like that - a free for all torment of the tw*ts that send these types of email...
People get them to all manner of stupid things and then ask them to send pics to prove authenticity...
I'm pretty sure it is still online
