Instead of installing most apps, you just unzip them and move them into your applications folder.
A shortcut on mac is called an alias.
Ctrl + mouse click = a right click if you are using a single button mouse or trackpad (most trackpads support one, two, three and now 4 finger functionality now).
To eject disks drag them into the trash, select them then press command + e, or select them and press the eject button on your keyboard.

Another thing you should know, you do not need to install any anti-virus on the mac. The last virus was from 1993 or something like that.
The only reason Norton makes a "Norton anti-virus for the Mac" is because they have an opportunity to get former PC users to buy it.

Never had problems switching between Mac and PC. Except for the use of the Command or Control button. On the PC I keep hitting Alt or the Winblows key, on the Mac it's the other way around (except for the Winblows key obviously).
