Out of no where a mats email stopped coming through. We've both contacted our respective hosts and they both say it's the other one.
I've check Spam filters, Junk mail options...Nothing!
Any way he can track his email to see where the problem lies?
It's not bouncing back.

you may need to configure your host settings; add that domain to your whitelist (allowed list)....
which spam filter does your host use?

You could do tests of each mail command...
