Yah, thees ees exactly what I am have saying to him being.
</crap accent attempt>Though when I first came to London, the agency I worked for specialised in below the line and customer retail (or whatever it's called - I purposefully forgot all these terms when I stopped doing that kind of thing), so I'd like to think there are other young upstarts out there, filling their shoes (seeing as my old company was diversifying into web and print, etc, which is why I joined).
Again - thank you, Kezza!

I found the question a leetle stroinge. I was noty aware there are dedicated agencies who specialise in POS POP work. Most companies I have worked at have done this as part of the overall service.
Kindly tell your Portuguese friend he is a buffoon.

I know - I must confess, this question is 25% for me and 75% for a Portuguese friend who's looking for a job and has a strong background in PoS 'engineering' as he quaintly puts it. I've tried explaining that agencies over here tend to be a lot more generalist and integrated in their approach, but thought I'd ask anyway.
I also want to disprove his opinion that UK PoS is inferior to that put out by the Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and French. I might agree if he were talking actual product design - but not the marketing.
Anyhoo... thanks, Kezza.

I've been out of this particular loop for going on 8 years now, so am looking for a refresher list of companies specialising in point of sale, retail and shop merchandise - preferably around London way, but in the UK generally.
Otherwise - links to fulsome resources for this kind of thing would also be appreciated.
x, x - I kissss you.
