Been hearing about Wim Hof but never really followed or looked into his breathing techniques. In the first few minutes of this podcast, he asks Joe to take a series of breaths then hold it for as long as possible. I tried followed along and held my breath for over 3 minutes. I've been surfing most of my life and can hold my breath pretty well, but I've never been able to break 3 minutes and this felt easy. I'm hooked.
