Found this little script for Adding or Removing frames in After Effects that came in super handy on a project. It's very similar to Flash's F5 feature for adding time or empty keyframes between multiple layers and keyframes. The only issue is that it removes easing but if you're using a panel like Ease and Whizz or Flow it's still much faster than going in and adjusting in/out points, durations, etc etc.

(See the link at the bottom of the thread or go to the following link and download directly from there)
https://code.google.com/archive/…However, there was another link at the very bottom which had another script which I have yet to try which improves on this and does maintain easing and does have a nice little UI panel.

- Finally, always wondered how to do this.fyoucher1
- pull head off, suck insides out of head. spilt, eat flesh bits in head. body - eat mid legs. pull off front legs, suck meat from thigh joint. split shell. eatfruitsalad
- pfff!...in a Portuguese wedding with this technique all you get are three shrimps...very amateur. sad!********
- what fruitsalad said is very close to the wedding shrimp havoc technique. fruitsalad would probably survive a Portuguese wedding.********
- just eat the whole thing, watch out if their tiger shrimps though, that head spike stabs the pallet like no onemoldero
