Free and incredible! Watson Speech to Text. This is usually an expensive service but, put in an Mp3, it cranks text in realtime. not perfect but will get you 80% of the way there!

Good webdev tip I just learned.
Typing document.designMode = 'on' in dev console lets you click on any piece of text to edit instead of having to poke around the DOM tree manually.
Create a new bookmark with this code:
javascript:(function(){document... = 'on';})();
Then click the bookmark when you're on any page to enter design mode.
