I know this is about the blog posting an SEO guys but what about the ones who post the NSFW in legit threads like the Denim thread last week for example, although that wasn't that bad...

Why not make a ratio system.
e.g. 25 Public Voice posts will earn you 1 Public Choice post. When that is spend, it's back to the PV if you want more.
Maybe this will encourage people to contribute in the PV, and the PC will pretty much moderate itself, because of the limited amount of PC posts newcomers/spammers have.
And that way spammers can't just make a new user, hide behind proxys and post tinnyurl's as it might end up with.
The regulars will still have plenty to spend.
Just an idea.
