Java developer 1st job?

  My cuz lives in Melbourne and can't find a job. He worked in Google Dublin and got a first from Trinity computer science. He's studying Java and PHP at the moment and wants to get an entry job in web development. Unfortunately he is delivering Indian food at the moment as work seems thin. Anyone recommend a site that represents web dev jobs in Melbourne well? He's on a year visa btw but is open to sponsorship! thanks.
