hey guys,
Got a bunch of youtube videos to upload and no matter what I try cannot seem to get them at a decent quality.
Tried different aspect rations, codec renders, filesizes and qualities.
I've read a bunch of tutorials to no avail. Anyone know the best way to do this? Is there a way to 'cheat' the horrible youtube flv conversion?
Thanks in advance!

1. make sure it is a .mov or .mp4.
2. make sure it is You Tube's native size of 320×240 (aka QVGA)
3. make sure it is encoded somewhere between 700kbps and 1000kbp.
