How do I achieve this? I forgot and a friend was asking. I googled and found this:
40%C 30%M 30%Y 100%K
yes? no?

it will be very rich but heavy. id suggest asking your printer what will look best on the stock youre using so you dont end up fudgey

I tend to go for either:
40%C 0%M 0%Y 100%K or;
0%C 40%M 0%Y 100%K
depending on the application. Sometimes a “redder” or “bluer” black is good depending on what else is on the page. I find the heavy rich blacks or “4 colour black” tend to affect the the printing process to the detriment of everything else on the page.

- Yes. This is a great option, but there are some limitations where fine lines/small text is involved...MrOneHundred
