nope (not yet)... but this is what we are seeing at my job.
layoff of 16 people in early December. (about 15% of our company)... and basically told no bonuses for 2009
today: notified...
1. Salaries for 2009 are frozen.
2. suspending 401k matching for 2009
3. suspending tuition reimbursement for 2009 alsoi know they are just trimming every area they can to survive this rough time.
hopefully we can survive and with no more layoffs.
(my company is in the investment advice industry, and no one is buying advice in this recession.)
oh. just bought engagement ring and proposed and now planning wedding for this September... got a lot of money i need to save :)

I hate to say it, but if your company is putting important things off for 2009, perhaps you should as well. I really hope nothing happens to jeopardize your roll in the company, but you can never be too careful.
That being said; it seems like they really want to avoid more layoffs so that might be a good sign. Congrats on the engagement and Good luck!
