Perhaps he's been ironic?!
- i think you'll find it's 'ironimical'indian_pole

I don't believe it should be 'learnt'. He's American and American English leans more towards use of learned. Learnt is bordering on olde english though it is still used frequently.

Who is that? Cthulhu?

One thing he's clearly learned though is how to use a radius gradient across multiple vector shapes.

I don't know if he's American or not, but he lives and works in America doesn't he, and HE DAMN WELL OUGHT TO ABIDE BY THEIR RULES.
Bloody grammer terrorist.

It's all a means to an end for Sagmeister. I stand by him.
- Often?Orbit
- Twice.MrOneHundred
- You stand by him twice?
Thats quite a profound statement in its own way. Very zen.Orbit

should be:
the things what i has learned you to learn me.
- desmo0
i love the word WHILST. oh you brits with your crazy english language
- Orbit0
No no no it should be
A book about how I have learned up some stuff and what that stuff is.

the dictionary tells me 'learned' is fine. 'learnt' is mostly a british thing. if the dictionary tells me then it is so. but what do i know.
- i sent out 2 jobs recently with typos. they scare me.itstimefortea

Adding just a "-t" as a suffix instead of "-ed" is more of a British thing, yes. Either one feels awkward to me, but the "t" is more strange.

lol @ learnt.
In America, nobody uses that word. Guess it probably depends on where the author is from.
- ESPtype0
he has it right.... if he was from England, then it would be right to use learnt.
- mistermik0
both fine
one implies continued learning growth,
one implies you have learnt everything you want to learn.word.
