A term most of us are familiar with, no?
But...
don't most of us "copy" and paste most of the time instead of "cut" and paste? I know I sure do and sometimes I am a little upset that I find myself referring to having cut and pasted something when in fact I have merely copied and pasted.
It makes it seem like I have something to hide?

I usually cut and paste. if I copy and paste I end up deleting the copy anyways, if I'm in illustrator. I guess for web it's copy/paste.
this is a deep question.

same with 'Airbrush' meaning a tool in a graphics program.... who here remembers the real thing with the compressed air line and the noisy compressor, and spilling paint everywhere (usually on the artwork), and blocked nozzles, and spitting, and jabbing yourself in the finger with the sharp thing...
