It looks like Trade Gothic, but as it appears to be some kind of signage or bus destination roll, I’d say it’s a custom variation. It’s also likely that it is one of the many styles of lettering upon which Trade Gothic was based, rather than the other way around.

If you’re looking for a distressed version of Trade Gothic, I would wager there would be dozens available for free on the “free font” sites, but specifically, I don’t know of any.
