This is one of the only things I miss about DW
Coda has auto complete/code hints but it isn't as good as DWI love being able to collapse code in (DW) as well
I currently use Coda

I use, after Moth's recommendation, E on Windows, which is apparently a PC version of Textmate. If it is, I'd recommend TextMate - it's a bit techier and less GUI-based than the likes of Dreamweaver or Homesite, but if you're into hand coding, it's an incredibly pliable and efficient coder-centric platform.
- Takes a bit of learning, mind - but then, all the best tools do.Nairn

autocomplete is overrated once you know how to use tab complete snippets

A million pluses to TextMate. Coda, Espresso, all those are too distracting for me.

I haven't tried myself, but Coda can take plugins and apparently TextMate bundles are very easy to get working in Coda.

I heard that textmate is great - at the moment I'm using aptana (http://www.aptana.com/) which is nice, but a bit slow on my system. I'm also using emacs with a loads of syntax highlighting plugins from a terminal.
- I remember using that before I got TextMate– good system. Was slow though, not usually a fan of Java apps. Good for cross-platform thoughismith
