Pain in the ass but...
Aren't email clients just for reading email. Not newsletters full of images 'n shit.

They should've registered changemyoutlook.org. It would've been more existential.

I have high hopes for Google wave taking huge market share as a corporate email and communication platform. I figure it'll take a few years for large-scale adoption though. I guess everyone's gonna to have to stomach that outlook garbage for a bit.

"It all seems a bit '96"
This isn't $%^&* fashion, this is the future of the internets we're talking about gdammit

This no background image issue is really fucking up a project I need to launch within the next couple of weeks.

look guys, its not that hard actually: don't use outlook anymore.

I remember the outrage (myself included) with the release of outlook 2007, and specifically, the inability to use background images. It really limits what you can do with enewsletters.
Anyway if history is any indicator, Microsoft isn't going to change a damn thing.

Everyone knows there's no such thing as web standards. Because Microsoft does whatever they want.

There was a time when I used to care about things like this, but really, I don't give a stuff.

but.. but... that says it's a benefit. Microsoft - always thinking of their userbase, those guys are thoughtful and nice.

It all seems a bit '96, where the world believed MS was bad and that Bill Gates was evil. Infact form now on, I will always write their name as "Micro$oft" to make sure people know what their true intentions are.
