I have none of my swatch books here and would like to print some Business cards and interested to see what you would recommend. Nothing super special but a stock that is:
White
uncoated
handles small type well
Does NOT have a yellowy tint
350gsm
No Texture

I am thinking of a spot UV too. I know Colorplan does not take too well to this.

no uncoated stock is going to show a varnish.
- you sure? Maybe a clear foil then?Dancer
- reckon it will depend on the printer you usealnove
- you will have to do a triple hit and it won't look that good. try either a clear foil, thermography. or a coated low-gloss stockjohndiggity

I just did a job on one called Stephen Smart White by Robert Horne. Worked out really well. I also bought by credit card directly from the London office, they then delivered to the printers for me, so I'm sure I saved on any mark ups from the printers as well.
