I think it's a google secret algorithm that makes this sub links or snippet links in the results...no influence by webmonkeys possible.

i found the google help page last time someone asked this question, it just says they determine if it will be useful based on the structure of your site. use good semantic markup and meaningful urls

Site Links are automatically assigned by Google once your site reaches a certain volume of pages and brand recognition
to push google in the right direction follow these instructions
1. make sure your site has a logical structure with named folders etc
2. make sure your navigation is keyword rich
3. make your site as big as you can
4. get links to your site for your brand name
