just ran across one with requirements of:
3D Modeling (3DS MAx or Maya)
Flash - "Advanced" Actionscript programming
HTML/XML/CSS
Photoshop, Illustrator and MS Office
and then it includes a list of print production/pre-press knowledgewith only 2-5 years of exp
and only an AA or eqiv degree.
All listed as a Graphic Designer/Web/Interactive Designer position
Seriously? Is this a 3D Modeling job? a Web programmer? a Flash developer? a graphic designer? And this is a fairly big company in the area too.
The latest job ads I'm seeing out there are really getting weird.

There's a lot of stuff like that here (Portugal) in the job ads. There was an excellent response that someone sent and then circulated via email.
Employers are just fuckin stupid.
