It's alright but I'd probably suggest it's more along the lines of functional rather than anything inspiring.
Just as an aside, it would be nice to see a little more about what you have done for some of the bigger name clients whos logos appear on your site but with no further detail. It's good that you've got some case studies on there but as a big agency, you might benefit from actually expanding on what you've done for clients like The Economist, Rayban, Superdrug?

They wanted to keep the focus upon specific work that pushes the idea of Zone being a digitalcontent agency, it will always be a smaller volume in the case study/portfolio as we found clients would rather have a smaller number to focus upon rather than the wide range of work we produce.

I was gonna say something a bit mean, but then looked at all the nice people on the team page and decided against it. good stuff, but your icons are a little blurry...

• I think the nav is too close to the content. needs some breathing room.
• Home button...needed these days?
• Search.....odd grid alignment.
• The way you treat the grid overall is finicky. Some areas there is too much space at the far right, some are nicely treated. Keep it consistent.
• Introduce a unique visual language/concept to keep it interesting.

i'd put those staff pics in black and white if you have to have them at all.
the colours are so all over the place that it looks like a test pattern.
