I think I need to start outsourcing this.
It'll give me more time to spend on other items.Idealy I'm looking for web developer on a contract basis. A specialist in front end markup, you should be able to take a design and turn it into 100% hand coded, valid, semantic xhtml markup & css - ready for interaction.
Pages should work accross all major browsers, code should be intuitive, making it very easy for backend developers to complete the site.
Any reccomendations?

these used to be quite cheap but i think ur'd be better off finding a CSS develeoper and paying them to do it instead to be honest
i used psd2html once btw - not bad, not amazing but did the job in the time i needed

This guy is amazing:
http://www.shaneriley.com/Really clean code done fast. He's a little bit more than those regular conversion services but he's worth the extra money imo.

I've used both YummyCSS and FinelySliced.
YummyCSS was really stellar to work with. Their communication is top-notch (read: can speak and write English well), and the results are high quality. My first project with them ended up being two different site slices, and they only charged me for one. The only caveat for me was that they are located somewhere in Asia, so the time disconnect could be an issue for some people. Turn-around was quick--had both sites sliced within a week.
FinelySliced was great to work with as well. Great results, but the price point was a little higher. Solid communication and understanding of my needs from the jump off.
In the end, I would recommend YummyCSS over others, as their costs are the cheapest, and the end-result does not lack because of that.
