Happy friday everyone!
So I have been silkscreening fabric for a while now and I am interested in venturing out and getting my fabric printed in yards, I have done some research and have yet to find a place that would make it possible to make a profit. I want to start relatively small 25-50 yards.
Does anyone know of a source, or anyone who does this, any information would be greatly appreciated.

i've only done it via client's contacts with overseas factories... usually roller prints which are really expensive to setup.
links above look interesting... assuming its direct digital in some way.
i also had this one bookmarked, hand screenprinted yardage... they list prices.
- this is the front runner so far, but still pretty pricey.

The average selling price for custom printed fabrics, I would be planning to sell at art shows/etsy and such is $11-$22. I looked at spoonflower and yea they start at $18. My guess is maybe these other people are printing over in China in huge runs.
So to make a profit I would need to get under $12/yard which I am not sure is even possible, or even worth it.
- I have seen some designers sell for over $25/yard but I don't know how quickly that could move.nicole_marie
