call a local sign mfg and talk to em about your needs and budget. There are a plethora of materials and mounting and lighting techniques you can use for this kind of thing.
FCO brushed aluminum letters look great in most applications.
Steer clear of plex and sintra. They tend to look cheap .

also, try and stay local. Depending on the complexity of the logo, you are prob gonna want an installer to come in and put it up for you.
