I've seen interesting flybys by comets from the SOHO mission, but I can't imagine how it's even possible to see a comet (<=20kms in width) hit the sun. I mean, even the pixel distance betwen the coronagraph represents several hundred thousand kilometres at that distance, so...
..again, I can't see it, so is this just more huffshit?

you can tell it's from Huffington Post because the comet is coming so far from the left.
video is a tad under whelming i was expecting something a little more spectacular but yeah... OMNOMNONOMNOm
