I think this guy watched the movie too.

I saw avatar, it was neat but not much more than eye candy. The 3D is the best implementation of it that I've seen yet but it made me dizzy because you felt like you were that high.
On that note, since I saw it in IMAX there was a trailer for a movie coming out that they filmed by fitting the last shuttle mission to work on Hubble with 3D IMAX cameras. The shots in the trailer were jaw dropping. Can't wait for that.

i still have absolutely no idea what avatar is about. i only seen pics of it and a very short preview and i didnt grasp what it is.. i never went to see it. the hype machine on it is nice to watch though..
everyone tells me that i need to see it that i need to stop doing what i am doing and go see it like its going to change my life..
im not sure if i will ever see it actually.. in the robot world i didnt hear too much on the mechas used so to me its not as grand as everyone is making it to be..
i feel i have a rather vivid and powerful imagination already but i am wondering how a movie like this can create the same emotion in so many different levels of people.. so i might have to see it..
the last movie i saw was a dissapointment.. transformers 2.. after that i havent been to a movie theatre since.
i do know people that seen avatar already 5+ times..

They don't even see that they're being baited;
"I used to drive a ranger ,but I realized that was hurting mother Earth, or terra as I've affectionatly called her. So anyways I took the beast for one last drive and left it downtown with the keys in it, I won't be a devil anymore!!! Since then I've found a horse on Craiglist and starting barning it in my empty garage. My "moron" neighbors are complaining, but you know what they haven't woken up yet, those big jerks."
"Lastly it was clear that the Na'vi hate greed so I'm going to write some very strongly worded letters to wallstreet and Ford telling them what they've done to this earth."

People are sad. Sorry to say this, but this is only in the US - right? I know lots of people who have seen Avatar but it has struck me how mostly Americans emotionally join with what nonsense they see on-screen. Not all Americans. But the stupid saps, no doubt. And there's some here too - but people tend to SHUT UP when you watch a flick in a cinema here.

"Ever since I went to see 'Avatar' I have been depressed. Watching the wonderful world of Pandora and all the Na'vi made me want to be one of them. I can't stop thinking about all the things that happened in the film and all of the tears and shivers I got from it," Mike posted. "I even contemplate suicide thinking that if I do it I will be rebirthed in a world similar to Pandora and the everything is the same as in 'Avatar.' "
Ahhhahah a ahahaha ahahahshshs shs hahah aaha ahah Haaaaaaaaaaaa!
