I am happy to announce the parade.
After riding some dozens of different makes and models (except for americans, really), I can asure you: the best ride is the german ride. Preferably BMW, preferably M5.Lacking the knowledge of any american ride, I can only tell, that the best looks so far are done by Dodge. Pure energy.
Go.

Oh, and I am not taking into account any japanese cars. No doubt, they might by tuned up to hell and be very powerfull. It's just that the whole look & feel is somewhat toy-ish. I really like (and owned) Honda, but what they do to their cars interiors feels really unfair to the technology that they "might" be using inside.
- clarification: I owned a Honda bike, not a car. Am riding M696 and am missing the robustness of the japanesepopovich

Dammit, I came into this thread hoping to be the first to post a Challenger but you beat me to it, in the first post no less! I have to admit, I like the Charger now even more as well.

The Germans are really great if you are looking for well built, mostly generic car. If I'm going to spend $60,000 on a fast car it's going to be an impractical, unreliable coupé that will feel like something special. Ferrari 355
that being said, europe blows the US out of the water in terms of a solid luxury/sports selection that american manufacturers just can't match. Have a feeling that will never change.
- Why says "Europe" when you mean "Germany"? French cars are shit.Mimio
- +1 for stop this generic 'European' crap. There are 27 countries in the EU and a lot of them don't even make cars.MrT
- I'm not going to say the Germans/French/Itali... make luxury/sports cars I'm going to say the europeansfreeskihp
- This is why Team America was funny to Europeans.MrT
- Peugot makes fantastic cars.. I've driven 2 Peugeots and their 406/407 Coupes are SICK... Compared to American cars they are like generations ahead.Boz

I drove a Mustang 2 years ago. I lucked out on a rental. After that the same kind of luck landed me a Mitsubishi Eclipse. The Mustang was slightly faster, but worse in every other way. Interior, handling, ergonomics, you name it.

This is the Cadillac CTS V
If you have a free moment, read about it. It hits all the right notes in my opinion - and does so without throwback styling. A well engineered American car.
I don't believe in slamming one country or another. Before the this-or-that-is-shite bandwagon rolls in, I just want to say that this car gives any Bimmer a serious run for the money.

I wasn't trying to shit any country or nation. My country build tractors, if you ask, no sedans or coupés. So, yeah...
I was just wondering if american cars really have any chance, given that I haven't given any US make a try yet (except for a ford).
Caddy?.... Really?...- It's ok, everyone on this board shits on us Americans.xcreonx
