I have this thing thats recently developed.
When i speak - and I'm even slightly unsure or nervous. It becomes evident in my voice. My voice gets all wavy , almost as if im crying... it started over the summer when I was in a professional communications class - was slight, but bearable. Now it almost sounds like im crying or shacking out of my boots - the whole time im thinking - damn im not even that nervous.
I hate myself right now, I need help

its like being scared of making phone calls. it goes away when you force it away. Talk more and it will be be gone in time.

@erikjonsson - sound and beautiful advice.
But funny thing is that this never used to happen before - I remember being scared shitless giving speeches or presentations - way more nervous than I was today ... and it was never noticeable in my voice. I would almost pride myself in how well I could mask the internal butterflies. Weirdest thing- someone I asked today thinks im not breathing right - which I think might be the problem

Look up a guide on how to use rythm in speech. And to use all 3 main ways of communicating. As in describe stuff in 1. How it looks, 2. How it feels, 3. how it sounds. That will automatically give whatever you convey personally more dynamism and people take in what you say better. Which also makes them less likely to interrupt, question or loose interest in you.

Did it start happening after a traumatic or stressful event?
