Just scored some Changa (dmt)
A little intimidated if I'm going to be honest
- Nice! Changa by nature is lower in dosage than freebase so it’s pretty chill. Start slow and build it up in layers when you feel the urge to go furtherscarabin
- Sweet thanksYakuZoku
- I'll report backYakuZoku

Why would you do this shit, from Wiki:
Mental and manual impairment[edit]
Exposure to nitrous oxide causes short-term decreases in mental performance, audiovisual ability and manual dexterity.[41] These effects coupled with the induced spatial and temporal disorientation could result in physical harm to the user from environmental hazards.[42]Neurotoxicity and neuroprotection[edit]
Nitrous oxide is neurotoxic and long-term or habitual use can cause severe neurological damage.[15]Like other NMDA receptor antagonists, it has been suggested that N
2O produces neurotoxicity in the form of Olney's lesions in rodents upon prolonged (several hour) exposure.[43][44][45][46] New research has arisen suggesting that Olney's lesions do not occur in humans, however, and similar drugs such as ketamine are now believed not to be acutely neurotoxic.[47][48] It has been argued that, because N
2O is rapidly expelled from the body under normal circumstances, it is less likely to be neurotoxic than other NMDAR antagonists.[49] Indeed, in rodents, short-term exposure results in only mild injury that is rapidly reversible, and neuronal death occurs only after constant and sustained exposure.[43] Nitrous oxide also may cause neurotoxicity after extended exposure because of hypoxia. This is especially true of non-medical formulations such as whipped-cream chargers (also known as "whippets" or "nangs"),[50] which never contain oxygen, since oxygen makes cream rancid.[51]In heavy (≥400 g or ≥200 L of N2O gas in one session) or frequent (regular, e.g. daily or weekly) users reported to poison control centers, signs of peripheral neuropathy have been noted: the presence of ataxia (gait abnormalities) or paresthesia (perception of abnormal sensations, e.g. tingling, numbness, prickling, mostly in the extremities). These are considered an early sign of neurological damage and indicates chronic toxicity.[52]
Additionally, nitrous oxide depletes vitamin B12 levels. This can cause serious neurotoxicity if the user has preexisting vitamin B12 deficiency.[53]
Nitrous oxide at 75% by volume reduces ischemia-induced neuronal death induced by occlusion of the middle cerebral artery in rodents, and decreases NMDA-induced Ca2+ influx in neuronal cell cultures, a critical event involved in excitotoxicity.[49]
DNA damage[edit]
Occupational exposure to ambient nitrous oxide has been associated with DNA damage, due to interruptions in DNA synthesis.[54] This correlation is dose-dependent[55][56] and does not appear to extend to casual recreational use; however, further research is needed to confirm the duration and quantity of exposure needed to cause damage.Oxygen deprivation[edit]
If pure nitrous oxide is inhaled without oxygen mixed in, this can eventually lead to oxygen deprivation resulting in loss of blood pressure, fainting and even heart attacks. This can occur if the user inhales large quantities continuously, as with a strap-on mask connected to a gas canister. It can also happen if the user engages in excessive breath-holding or uses any other inhalation system that cuts off a supply of fresh air.[57] A further risk is that symptoms of frostbite can occur on the lips, larynx and bronchi if the gas is inhaled directly from the gas container. Therefore, nitrous oxide is often inhaled from condoms or balloons.[58]Vitamin B12 deficiency[edit]
Long-term exposure to nitrous oxide may cause vitamin B12 deficiency. It inactivates the cobalamin form of vitamin B12 by oxidation. Symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency, including sensory neuropathy, myelopathy and encephalopathy, may occur within days or weeks of exposure to nitrous oxide anaesthesia in people with subclinical vitamin B12 deficiency.Symptoms are treated with high doses of vitamin B12, but recovery can be slow and incomplete.[59]
People with normal vitamin B12 levels have stores to make the effects of nitrous oxide insignificant, unless exposure is repeated and prolonged (nitrous oxide abuse). Vitamin B12 levels should be checked in people with risk factors for vitamin B12 deficiency prior to using nitrous oxide anaesthesia.[60]
Prenatal development[edit]
Several experimental studies in rats indicate that chronic exposure of pregnant females to nitrous oxide may have adverse effects on the developing fetus.[61][62][63]- You mean, take so many of your cues from the Daily Mail? I dunno, why would anyone be so fucking stupid as to do that shit?Nairn
- You need to take A LOT of nitrous to fuck with your B12 levels. I don't think you quite understand how much 200 GRAMS of gas actually is.Nairn
- As with everything - dosis sola facit venenum. It's not like this shit's new.Nairn
- Anyway, I'm more than happy for you to miss out on what, for me, was one of the top three most amazing drugs I've ever done.Nairn
- I loved nangs .. until I took it one night on acid and I went from high to like unbearably high.. fortunately it only lasted a short while..autoflavour
- Nitrous and acid was the best drug mix I’ve ever had in my life. So profoundly hilarious. My brain was a bit dithered the next day thoughIanbolton

anyone here ever grow their own shrooms?I'm looking at these shroom grow kits
I read that the Golden teacher strain is easier to grow than others
https://www.magic-mushrooms-shop…
looks fairly easy
- Yup, once or twice.
GTs are fairly easy to grow.Nairn - sweet! got any tips?YakuZoku
- I'd use an aquarium over a bag. Keep your temperature well-regulated. Watch your humidity. STERILISE, STERILISE, STERILISE - KEEP EVERYTHING FUCKING CLEAN.Nairn
- haha sweet thanksYakuZoku
- I say 'aquarium' - anything clear, solid and pseudo-sealable enough to act as such will do. Bags just end up breaking shrooms or dribbling water too muchNairn
- When they start fruiting, if you're going to be away for more than 'fucking fifteen minutes, oh god' whilst they do so, cull before they sporulate.Nairn
- The mycelium is what has the magic - it doesn't matter if 'it looks like a shroom', so don't fuck all subsequent shrooms by letting one wank all over the place.Nairn
- Fucking spore-fucking is a pain. Also - the smaerter you are when harvesting/cleaning old stock, maintaining, the more value you'll get from your brick.Nairn
- If you're REALLY fucking clever, you can make your old brick spawn a new one too. Saves you having to fuck with spore prints or whatever in future.Nairn
- I have and plan to do so again but nairn is the true expert herescarabin
- Thanks guysYakuZoku
- Yup, once or twice.

There's a ceremony this weekend that I just received an invitation for.
They will do Peyote on friday, Ayahuasca on saturday and Yopo on Sunday.
I don't know how good or bad it is to do these 3 things back to back but I just want to join the Peyote ceremony. The shaman is from Argentina so I assume he knows his shit. The problem is that I drank a lot and had some mdma last saturday at a bday thing.
It is suggested not to drink or do drugs 2 weeks before doing these.I don't want to have a horrible trip out there because my serotonin is depleted or there's alcohol in my system.
Plus it shows full rain this weekend and this event is going to be outside with a possibility of setting up a teepee. But it's a rare event around here and I don't want to miss a chance to try Peyote without traveling somewhere.
Can't decide :/

A substance found in these toxins, 5-MeO-DMT, can be dried into crystals and smoked in a pipe, producing an intense experience generally lasting 15 to 30 minutes, in contrast to other psychedelic substances that can involve hours of hallucinating and vomiting.
