I've saved a heap for various things. Love em, use them all the time. Save time, record the action.

I have a fair few saved, usually they are specific to events I have shot. One of the handy ones though just sets up adjustment layers for levels, curves, hue/sat and colour balance, does a high pass/soft light sharpen layer etc so that I can just tweak the settings.
I really need to get lightroom haha.

i use a handful. like turning on/off grids and guid folders. align to vertical/horizontal centers.

I use it to put copyright on my photos.
