I got the new iphone this morning and am so far waiting on a stupid activation message to be able to use it properly i.e calls...
I ported over my contacts from my old phone (C902 Sony Ericsson) but after I sync the contacts in itunes it imports all of my email contacts too.
How do I go about getting ONLY the phone contacts from the old SIM to appear? Its really annoying as theres something like 700 contacts in total there which is a pisstake to scroll through..
Thanks, sorry if this is a noob question, its my first iphone.

it's deceptively called 'import sim' but that relies on you actually having the contacts on your sim and not on the old phone's memory. funny how people blame technology when it's almost always user error. cunts.

ha ha, i had the same problem a few weeks ago.
if you have a PC and outlook your life will be much easier.
if not gmail is pretty good.put in short you have to sort it all out on a computer and sync it back.
