A couple of UK places still with the same names
Blackpool & NewcastleAnd places with names that obviously morphed into what they are today:
Northern Folk - Norfolk
Southern Folk - Suffolk
Oxen Ford - OxfordEdinburgh seems to be called "Slopefort"
I can only assume its because of the castle on top of the volcano
