- that's the hairiest palm i've ever seen.Gnash
- knapping is cool. i support thisgilgamush
- even though it's pure form over function and an example of a knife as a fashion accessory?scarabin
- they are still sharp if you had nothing to grab for self defense. except for the hairy knife prob..yurimon
- they would destroy your hand if you tried, as he has pointed out about moldero's knives.scarabin
- that second one is an utter thing of beauty.detritus
- this is pics of the 3rd one, making
http://www.bladesmit…yurimon - Flint knapping is a cool craft project that has historical anthropological significance. Not so much about practicalitygilgamush
- Yeah but it's not dragon glass...Maaku
- i learned a bit of it in texas. i should find that stuffscarabin

The general idea I get from your posts is that the cooler a knife is, the more likely for the holder to stab stab someone.
Have you seem scarabin basement? I doubt he has actually sacrificed any baby in it.
... Have you? Scarabin? Lol- he just feels like he has to defend his taste in knives. makes up a lot of shit about people with different tastes to justify it. it's pretty funny actually.scarabin
- for the record, you have great taste in knives, gilga. i like what you've posted. i just don't agree on this bizarre complex profile you've builtscarabin
- up about me and certain types of blades. a knife's purpose is solely how the owner uses it and mine has gotten more practical use than any other i've ownedscarabin
- ...so who gives a flying fuck is my point. you shouldn't.scarabin
- We are going to have to agree to disagree. I dissagree about your assessment of what a knife purpose is dependant on. The guys who designed and made it did sogilgamush
- with an explicit purpose in mind. You suggest that their motivations hold no relevance. I dont see it that waygilgamush
- And what I said about the first bit is that the more intimidating a knife is, the more likely you're going to wave it around when you get in a jam and go andgilgamush
- Get yourself shotgilgamush
- any fact supporting that theory?pango

- that's a great thing to pass downscarabin
- Get some billets and make some blanks. The only hard part is doing the heat treat well. Lotta good videos out theregilgamush
- I started a road spike knife. Hard as fuck when you're a beginner. Good workout tho, lol :pMaaku
- thought i might start by cutting down an old circular saw blade. i'll have a nice tang i can make a cool handle withscarabin
- The high speed steel used in saw blades isn't the best due to it's finicky temper and the thinness of itgilgamush

That is really nice.I have recently been searching for a nice knife. Just because, I liked knives as a kid, what boy doesn't right?
I was in the 4th or 5th grade when I brought home a knife that looked just like this knife:
http ://kershaw.kaiusaltd.com/images...
My mum found it and made me immediately return it, i remember it cost me so much at the time I think I spent birthday money on it.
Anyway, I had to return it and only recently have I been searching for a knife to replace my long last knife from long ago. This looks like it!
Where can they take my money from??
The nicest knives I own now are my Global kitchen knives. But imma get that knife back now im older! ha mum! ;)

- Yea, you could make a forge out of a 55gal from and a shop vac if money is an issue. Only thing you really need to purchase is a bench grindérgilgamush
- Assuming you already have a drillgilgamush
- *drum not fromgilgamush
- i don't have a bench grinder but maybe i could vise down my angle grinder. thought i'd go wth the coffee can forge https://www.youtube.…scarabin

- it is a collaboration between the fire arm manufacturer armeria zarzabal and nieto cutlery, and the steel is 440 stainless. zarzabal is not a kind of steelgilgamush
- http://www.zarzabal.…gilgamush
- also, just so you know, it's 100% silver plated, not solid silver lolgilgamush
- Thanks!maquito
- No problem. It's a cool knife with a cool story. I don't use 440, it's edge retention properties aren't to my liking and it is a bitch to get a workable edgegilgamush
- On 440 a and b. Unless it says 440c than it is a or b. Other than that, cool piece, it's not worth more than a hundred bucks so you might as well use it aroungilgamush
- Around the kitchen and enjoy it. Good shitgilgamush

- ever had an opinel get wet and swell up to the point where it refused to open? had one as my fishing knife until it pulled that shit on megilgamush
- if they made them with synthetic furniture i would be more downgilgamush
- Never happened. Keep it dry?maquito
- Water happens, too big a design flaw for me to be down. Took an edge real well thoughgilgamush
