I loved watching this. The CGI is ridiculous in places and everything's over the top, but, just switch off your mind and enjoy it.
I thought the cast was great, especially Quinton "Rampage" Jackson and Sharlto Copley (who is very funny). Even Neeson is enjoyable and I detest him in everything else.
As cheesy action flicks go, this is great fun.

LOL. A bit.
I think I was just pleasantly surprised, because I thought it was going to be shit!

a good transition to the big screen – anyone catch the cameos after the credits?

I'm looking forward to seeing it... To be fair the trailer makes it look terrible but I'm sure the enjoyment factor will outweigh the fact that is probably is quite rubbish.

yeah, just stuff your face with popcorn, sit back and lap it up

Just saw Inception on Monday and I plan to see The A-Team next week.
It is quite strange - people enjoy it, while it gets poor or average reviews. Don't know what reviewers are up to but it seems like people find The A-Team as a relaxing movie.

Yes, yes..but what does Hedge think about it, how does he think Hollywood companies are as investment vehicles in these shaky times, and how does the subtext of the movie influence his thoughts on the superiority of free market capitalism.
We'll need at least three or four different threads to discuss all of this of course. Two of which will feature photos of penises, yachts and ginormous stacks of $20 bills.

Didn't like the original show ... and didn't really care for the movie .. I dozed off towards the end .. Jessica Biel however, is always a plus

I used to love the show as a kid and I was really not that excited by this.
Nevertheless I went and watched it and absolutely loved it. I thought it was just a really fun ride of a movie.

In 2005, a group of local misfits won a costume contest at an 80s TV convention. These men promptly returned homeand drank some beer. Today they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the A-Team.
