You have to sample the RGB or CMYK samples of the target color and then adjust the RGB levels using the curves.
Actually it is a pretty easy job, if you have a little practice, it's done all the time. Make sure to make a selection of each area.

i.e. the original has lots of Red, so you go to the red curve and take that down, by matching the value to the red value of the "white" image, which is probably very low. The White images has some BLUE, so you would increase the blue curve a little on the original image.
If you take a few readings of the RGB values, you get an exact match, a little brightness/ desaturation will finish the job.
