Interesting thing I just learned with CSS/jQuery/IE..

I had a DIV that had an opacity set to 0. Then I had jQuery animate the CSS opacity to bring it to 100 when it loaded.
Apparently, IE doesn't like this and makes the font all jaggy. Everything was fine, except the font. Once I removed the fade in effect, the font was nice and smooth looking again. I wasn't even using embedded fonts, and I tried various standard web system fonts -- it didn't matter.
More support for IE hate :(
