Spot UV business cards in Miami

I have a client who is in Miami and needs some business cards done but I have never ever ordered anything from USA and dont know where to find quality with good price.
I found http://www.uvcards.com but seems that they dont offer black paper.Basicly I need 2 sided cards. A side is black + light green + uv. B side is green backround + black.

Do they print on black paper?
I want to use 330 Plike Black or something similar.

Print100 is good. I have done multiple sets through them with Spot UV. They are based in Hong Kong, but they offer free FedEx Shipping. Unfortunately I dont think they print on black paper.
They definitely do have "china prices", $40 for 250 cards with double-sided matte lamination and Spot UV coating.
