From Old Street roundabout, you need to walk toward Great Eastern st, and make a right where Favela Chick is.
There are LOADS of good pubs n bars in that area so if you have spare time I recommend you doing good old pub crawl and find your own favorite.

Do you have an address for "The Princess"?
- Gordy220
Ohhh - Go to Camden, do the Markets, have a pint in The Lock Tavern and walk to the top of Primrose Hill.

No mention of Borough Market? Am I the only person that thinks it's the greatest place on Earth? Hoxton Market is fun too if the weather is nice out (I think it's on Sundays). If there's a match scalp a ticket to Arsenal. Get a pint at The Flask in Hampstead then go for a walk through the Heath.
- borough market sucks - just rammed full of tourists these days. very sad.hans_glib
- I was there a few years ago. It was crowded for sure, but you can't beat some of that food.CincodeMayo

and for food - if you can - book a table at 15 jamie oliver's restaurant at old street. Eat in the trattoria, not proper restaurant. THe perfect end to east side art wandering.

speaking of QBN drinks the next one may be on the 4th so you should come to that.
If you want streetwear do no go to oxford street - all that going to oxford street is going to do is make you want to punch people. Go to coventy carden instead - you'll still want to punch people but at least there are some decent independent shops there like fenchurch
Also nearby is Magma books both the bookshop and the the random crap shop.
In addition to the street photography exhibit mentioned by imadesigner, there is a graffiti and street art exhibit at the ICA - which is nice becasue it is on St JAmes park and then you can go say hi to the pelicans
http://londonist.com/2011/02/exh…- you carry on insisting on the pelicans...maikel
- the pelican are the shit! I love themflashbender

this are a few not necessarily designer-oriented, as all the chaps told you about the usual ones.
if you want a posh and nice contemporary art gallery you can go to saatchi's, near sloane square.
near mayfair there are a LOT of places were you can go for a decent cream tea, and it needs not to be the ritz.
nice view + cocktails from oxo towers.
and...
- go to the book club, near old street. have a pint and play table tennis.
- have a a few drinks in c a r g o. best spot: next to the photo cabin that never works, two steps from the foosball table.
- visit the princess, official venue of London QBN Drinks™DO NOT go to fabrik or ministry of sounds
DO NOT go to oxford circus for shopping
- NickInfozure0
Visit: V&A, Tate Modern, Science Museum
Shop: Oxford Circus, Knightsbridge

Its an obvious one, but go to Spitalfields on Sunday. Not really for the main market, but go into brick lane, get some market food, go to some of the inordinate amount of markets happening that day. Get a nude coffee and one of their muffins. There is some vintage shops around that area too (look up where LBI is and there is a little vintage market just there).
V&A museum is always decent. Check if there is anything happening at the Barbican and if there isnt, go on the architectural tour which happens around 2pm every day.
Best brunch in london in my opinion is at Caravan in Clerkenwell (actually some lovely food around that area in general). About a 10 minute walk from Barbican.
