Anyone know how small you can go with fonts on a letterpress business card and still have them be legible?
Also, any suggestions of who to order through? I am looking at

That Sky Blue in Montreal say they can go as low as 4pt.

talk to your printer. it varies on their skill level as well as the overall design. You can't really have a small typeface on the same plate as something that is a big printed area.
Your best best is to deal with the person printing your stuff and ask them.

Can usually press a .25pt stroke.

paper stock will have a lot of say in that too

much also depends on the grain and quality of the paper. as mentioned above, the printer is your best resource. I've seen .25 point break up on non-cotton based paper.
