Do you guys know of any site like this?
Why you ask? Not because they were looted during the riots (bad joke), but I was wondering the other day if it's possible to move away from the traditional logo in the top-left format. The website/page itself should communicate the brand, rather than needing a great big logo to do it.
Thanks

It's like being clever for the sake of being clever, innit?

I've noticed some sites moving away from the top left approach recently, most notably:
whose whole nav is on the bottom of the page
and PWC's front page:

What do you guys think moving away from the traditional approach? I would say it's a lot less risky for an established brand to do it, but then why should that stop smaller brands from being innovative.. or different... or clever for the sake of being clever :D

good luck..... if your logo is "below the fold" when the finance guy checks out the website on his kid's netbook, be ready for an entertaining phone call

I'm making a site at the moment that has the Main Logo centred at bottom.. but then it's mostly a visually-led site, without scrolling or deep content areas.

Put it right in the middle of the page. All pages. And make it bigger.

why?
I guess my response is a by-the-books one but that is where the user starts
