I wish I still had a copy handy,
But I once received an apology email which was entirely constructed with "symbolic" animated clip-art from google and microsoft office, with lines of rhyming text underneath that made a sort of demented poem.

My brother uses a good technique when he doesn't want a particular job - just sends through a cost at 3 times the price - although backfired once when someone actually accepted it.
