pardon my ignorance and/or lack of commerce skills but when it get's this bad why don't they a) pull all the smaller notes out of circulation or b) just start at zero again if the currency is exclusive to the country ?
- too expensive to print it, costs more than the money is worth. They switch to US Dollars usuallypopfodders

In Yugoslavia during the hyperinflation, biggest that ever been I saw a paper money of
and thought how I can buy something nice for that...tomorrow I saw that same paper money in some dark corner of the street full of shit...someone took a dump and wiped his arse with it...it was cheaper than to buy toilette paper...fuck...gross times

Before 2003, today's 1 Turkish lira was 1 Million lira.
Like I bought my first car for 15 Billion.
AT some point banking system got jammed coz they couldn't calculate anymore.
So they removed 6 zeros out of it. It had a positive impact on the economy, the only sad things is that we're not billionaires anymore.- wow... did they have people trying to scam the system using old as new?vaxorcist
