A billionaire’s son and his graffiti-scarred mansions roiling Hollywood Hills
A mansion in the Hollywood Hills sat vacant for years, attracting graffiti artists, squatters and the ire of neighbors and city officials.
Property records show the mansion on Mulholland Drive belongs to a TV and film producer who city officials say has only recently responded to notices about the problem.
Records show that producer John Powers Middleton owns a second mansion in the Hollywood Hills, which neighbors say appears to be abandoned and in need of his attention.
