What caps are you using?
Is that Rustoleum?
You're can control is pretty decent, that fuzzy edge will be off the stock cap on the can as Rusto's...PhanLo - ...are high pressure. You could try a NY skinny cap on there and it might be cleaner.
For outlines I use a modified chisel cap, but I reckon even a banana cap..PhanLo - ...would really help the lines.
