that's all you are essentially doing anyway. Leasing for a 1 or 2 year period with the option to continue.

sounds like a crazy idea... they want something like www.dogs.com or whatever that the seller thinks is worth millions?!? Well, if they're successful, the domain owner just raises the price, and has your client by the neck?

Yeah, that's great and all, but you'll be the slave and he the master. Also, you're just going to build up SEO juice for the domain as well. There might be some positives to it, but more negatives.

I can't really imagine why they wouldn't sell it? or do you have to give it back after x years? $25/month is $300 / year, and I can't imagine them thinking it's worth more than 3 or 4 years of that????
